Randall Flinn is a master dance educator, choreographer and fitness coach. He has over 30 years of professional experience which includes directing Ad Deum Dance Company of Houston, teaching for Houston Ballet Academy, and as a dance and performance coach for Cirque Du Soleil. His choreography has been presented all around the world and seen in Houston at The Wortham, Miller Theatre, Hobby Center, JCC and Discovery Green. He is a certified Pilates instructor and has developed his own contemporary technique approach to core fitness training. He has coached professional and collegiate athletes and offers specialized training for Baby Boomers. His extensive experience is a great addition to the Sharp Physiques Fitness Team.

The attention of the staff is great. Even when I am paired up for a workout I know there is someone there watching and directing to make sure I do things right.

While the facility is no monstrosity of a gym, don't let size fool you. The equipment meets all the needs of the trainers and there is plenty to go around.
